Our expert presents different C.R.E.T. therapies for six specific pathologies. In each lesson you’ll get to follow a step-by-step sequence of how experts use the TCare device in interaction with the patient. In each specific case we follow acute phase and subacute phase C.R.E.T. treatments.
Before the start of each treatment our expert shows correct passive plate positioning. We also show how active therapeutic ingredients can be used in combination with the carrier cream and demonstrate how the appropriate dosage is introduced into the roll-on capsule. You’ll see how easily the capsules are inserted into the Roll-On handpieces and we’ll show how Roll-On handpiece sizes are selected in relation the to-be-treated area.
You’ll discover how the therapeutic frequencies and energy emission intensity are selected using the LED display on the control panel. You’ll see how experts can accurately follow C.R.E.T. energy transfer within the patient while therapy is in progress. Our expert will show how treatment duration (in minutes) and therapeutic working frequencies (in MHz) are set on the control panel. During each specific treatment you’ll see how our expert benefits from the original, ergonomic Roll-On handpiece design to be able to provide a continuous, comfortable and gentle massage motion to anatomical topographically different areas.
In several of the lessons, 3D animations explain the different C.R.E.T. working principles in capacitive and resistive modes. You’ll see how C.R.E.T: energy transfer facilitates active therapeutic ingredient delivery in combination with the carrier cream into the to-be-treated area. You’ll see how the Roll-On handpieces help deliver carrier cream and active therapeutic ingredient, gradually and without waste during a treatment. 3D animations demonstrate the cellular repair processes that are initiated within the treated area during local treatments. In subacute phase treatments the steps in our C.R.E.T. treatment process are similar to the acute phase treatments. Before a treatment we always insert conductive, carrier cream into the Roll-On capsule. For subacute phase treatments we will often select the resistive mode for the majority of the treatment; a 3D animation will explain this in more detail. We then select the most appropriate therapeutic working frequency and correctly position the passive plate, followed by choosing the right energy emission intensity. Then the treatment can be started, preferably accompanied with assisted mobilisation of the patient.
